Sameer is a Terrestrial Ecologist at Nautica Environmental Associates, with a background in Conservation Biology and a strong foundation in field-based ecological research. His expertise shines in fauna-focused biodiversity surveys, drawing on years of voluntary and professional fieldwork across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Sameer has supported a range of high-profile projects and clients, contributing to Critical Habitat Assessments (CHA), Biodiversity Management Plans (BMP), and other technical deliverables aligned with IFC Performance Standards. He brings additional strengths in GIS mapping, species identification, and citizen science engagement, ensuring ecological data is accurate, impactful, and policy relevant. His dedication to high-quality reporting and scientific integrity is central to NEA’s terrestrial ecology work.
